To encourage the broadest participation possible in the conference we are offering a range of registration categories. Make sure you read the Registration Discounts to check whether you are eligible for one of these categories.
Registration for the Joint Sexual Health and HIV&AIDS Conferences will open in February.
All rates are displayed in AUD Australian Dollars.

DISCOUNTS
Students Rates
Full Time Student is a student is defined as a holder of a full time student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. Please note: A copy of your student identification card must be sent via email to: [email protected]. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.
Postgraduate and Part-Time Students are defined as a holder of a part time student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card are also required to provide student ID to receive the discounted registration rate. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.
All students will receive a 1-year ASHM Membership when they register.
Community Workers
To be eligible for this rate you must be employed by a not-for-profit community organisation, work for a community-based organisation or direct action group.
Resource-Limited Rate
Countries that are eligible for the Resource-Limited Registration Rates are those countries that are considered Low Income Economies and Lower-Middle Income Economies by the World Bank. Upper-Middle Income and High Income Economies are not eligible for this rate.

Organisation Registrations
Share an organisation registration with up to five (5) of your colleagues. This rate allows one person at any one time to attend conference sessions or included events. It includes the following to be shared – one handbook, one login for the conference app, catering for one person per day for included catering. Each person will need to collect and return the badge from the registration desk each day. A sign in and out form will be available at the registration desk which is required to be completed.

MEMBERSHIP
To secure your discounted rates, please ensure you renew your ASHM membership by 31 July this year and if you are not already a member – this year is an excellent time to join.
ASHM Members
ASHM member conference registration discounts are available for registrants of the Joint Australasian Sexual Health and HIV&AIDS Conferences 2022. Full Financial Members of ASHM and Affiliates (employees and members of a body corporate Sustaining Member) are entitled to the rates listed above.
ASHM Financial Members
An ASHM member who has paid their membership renewal fee for the current year.
ASHM Affiliate Members
ASHM Organisational Sustaining members who have their members join ASHM as affiliate members.
If you register under an ASHM member category and are not a member of ASHM, your registration will be amended to the relevant non-member category and the difference in fees will be payable by you, the delegate, within 2 weeks of notification of the change.
